Supha Sangaworawong (Thai: ศุภ สง่าวรวงศ์, former name: Ravipon Sangaworawong), widely known as Est (Thai: เอส), was born on 19 May 2001. He is a Thai actor under GMMTV and a competitive swimmer, representing the Thai national team.
At the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in 2023, Supha helped Thailand break two national swimming records. In the 4×200m freestyle relay, the team finished with a time of 7 minutes 30.83 seconds. In the 4×100m freestyle relay, they finished with a time of 3 minutes 21.69 seconds.[1]
Personal life
[edit]Supha was born and raised in Bangkok. He completed his junior high school education at British International School, Phuket and graduated from Bangkok Christian College for high school.[2] Supha later pursued higher education at Chulalongkorn University, where he earned a degree in Public Relations from the Faculty of Communication Arts.[3]
