Muhammad Zia-Ur-Rahman, ndc, psc, is a retired two-star-rank major general of Bangladesh Army. He was the pioneer and first General Officer Commanding of ARTDOC.^[1]^[2]^{[failed verification]} He served there from 27 January 2008 to 4 June 2009.
