This is a list of the busiest airports in the Caribbean region by passenger traffic. The present list intends to include airports located in the island regions of the Caribbean. The ranking is ordered according to total passenger traffic per calendar or fiscal year. The statistics represent data reported by the airport operator, a government entity, or a news outlet.
