The Jurong East–Bukit Batok Group Representation Constituency is a five-member group representation constituency (GRC) in the western region of Singapore. The GRC was created in 2025 prior to the 2025 Singaporean general election.

Electoral history

[edit]

The GRC was created by merging parts of Hong Kah North Single Member Constituency and Jurong GRC with the whole of both Bukit Batok and Yuhua SMCs.[1] Part of the original Jurong GRC was carved out to form Jurong Central SMC and both Jurong West and Taman Jurong had estates moved to West Coast-Jurong West GRC.[1][2][3]

PAP announced that Grace Fu will lead a team comprising incumbent MPs of former wards, Murali Pillai, Rahayu Mahzam, former PAP Hougang branch chairman Lee Hong Chuang who contested Hougang SMC twice previously, and David Hoe.[4]
