Changaramkulam (Malayalam: ചങ്ങരംകുളം) (IAST: Caṅṅaraṅkuḷaṁ) is a town in Ponnani Taluk of the Malappuram district in the Indian state of Kerala.[1] It falls on the Nannamukku and Alamcode panchayats. Changaramkulam in part of the Ponnani Lok Sabha constituency.
Economy
[edit]Changaramkulam is known for its public markets. It is known for its weekly cattle, areca nut and various food markets, which attract traders and buyers from the surrounding areas. Changaramkulam is located in the southern part of the Malappuram district, approximately 5 km from both the Thrissur and Palakkad districts. The Kerala State Highway 69 (Thrissur Kuttipuram Road) passes through Changaramkulam.

The nearest major railway stations are Kuttippuram and Guruvayoor.
