Description
English: Portsmouth, Va. (Feb. 13, 2004) – The nuclear powered aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) transits the Elizabeth River following completion of a six-month Planned Incremental Availability (PIA) at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Truman completed her yard period a week ahead of schedule and 4 million dollars under budget.
